Salsa Recipe


  • 4-6 Roma Tomatoes
  • Small Handful of Chile Pequin Peppers
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt To Taste


  1. Remove garlic skins and pepper stems.
  2. Combine all ingredients together and crush in molcajete(mortar and pestle) until desired consistency.
  3. (Optional) Use a food processor in place of a molcajete.
