Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4-6 Roma Tomatoes
- Small Handful of Chile Pequin Peppers
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- Salt To Taste
Instructions:
- Remove garlic skins and pepper stems.
- Combine all ingredients together and crush in molcajete(mortar and pestle) until desired consistency.
- (Optional) Use a food processor in place of a molcajete.
