The first habit to implement is to avoid random patterns in the way one chooses to finish a common task. If one hasn’t defined a way of completing a task, they are “randomizing” the time/process it takes to complete the project. When one sits down and writes out basically minute-by-minute what they’re doing for an entire day, often they’ll find there were a lot of tasks being duplicated and a lot of time that should have been spent doing other tasks.
